We need your blessings and professional help in all phases of its development. Our goal is to develop a theme park that will be totally operated by students, and a faculty body from all over the world. This will make a difference in significantly reducing illiteracy in our country. In Bob Marley's own words, "If children learn to use their hands and their minds, they will be competitive in tomorrow's world."

The Bob Marley School for the Arts Institute will be an undergraduate and graduate college whose principal commitment will be to provide a comprehensive opportunity in the arts, communications and public information for more than 4,000 students within the context of enlightened liberal education. The Institute's intent is to educate students who will communicate creatively and shape the public's perceptions of issues and events and who will author the culture of their times. A section of the 200-acre location will be devoted to a 25,000-seat theater - the Bob Marley Amphitheatre, with its audience enjoying daily, year-round entertainment provided by its over 4,000 tuition-free students, friends and world-renown Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, of which Bob Marley is an inductee. We know that if Friends of Bob Marley join the Bob Marley Foundation and become affiliated with the Bob Marley School for the Arts Institute, the highest standards will be assured in this magnificent project.

We invite 'Friends of Bob Marley' to an informal lunch at Diamond Hill Estate, the proposed site for the college. This will give us an opportunity to present the project in greater detail. Should you be interested, please contact us as soon as possible. We welcome your blessings for tertiary and a higher cultural education in Bob Marley's homeland. Thanks for visiting our website, and come back soon!

We made this song in Finland during the night when the war started, hoping that in the world there would never be a need for a song like this. But the moment when we finished recording, the war started.
